American Heritage Girls - Building Women of Integrity
St. Gabriel's American Heritage Girls Troop AZ0015 first chartered in 2012. The organization is celebrating thirty years of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country.
AHG is a Christ-centered, scout-type ministry that empowers girls to grow in their FAITH, cultivate a heart for SERVICE, and have FUN along the way. Girls build lasting friendships and take on adventure together! Our Troop provides an authentically Catholic scouting experience for girls ages 5 through 18 (though all Christian denominations are welcome to participate). AHG equips Catholic girls in discovering their vocations and guiding them to a life-long identity in Christ. AHG provides a balanced program emphasizing 6 pillars – faith, leadership, citizenship, social-emotional health, life skills, and the outdoors. Our troop offers a welcoming environment and a robust calendar of events and opportunities for girls and their families to learn life skills, draw closer to Christ, engage in meaningful service to our community, honor our country through patriotic ceremonies, and build meaningful friendships.
